The Challenge
Increase Response Rates
Inland Humane Valley Society & SPCA’s January Partner & Supporter package response rate was decreasing year over year. To determine if response and average gift could be increased, RKD returned to the Membership theme and tested it against the Partner & Supporter control package.

The Solution
Package Testing
RKD returned to Inland Humane Valley Society and SPCA’s 2015 Membership theme and tested it against the Partner & Supporter package. Both packages included branded envelopes, reply slips and renewal cards that asked donors for their continued support, the only difference was the text changes from ‘Partner & Supporter’ to ‘Member’.
