And while things were doing well, they were looking for a partner to enhance their approach, to take their program to the next level and to expand their presence into additional channels. Eight years later, overall revenue has increased 40.8% year over year, more than doubling what they were raising before joining RKD. With a 42.2% lift in active donor counts, overall retention rates reaching 51% and a 1.4% increase in gift frequency, Kentucky Humane Society has developed an extremely robust fundraising program with incredible brand recognition within their community.
