Kevin brings more than 16 years of experience as a private equity operating partner and executive, bringing extensive consulting, agency and commercial leadership to help organizations scale and optimize performance. He has worked closely with investment and management teams across the full lifecycle—from diligence through exit—with deep expertise in operations, technology transformation, revenue growth and digital strategy. Prior to joining RKD Group, Kevin served in senior leadership and operating roles with Tenex Capital Management, Incline Equity Partners, Huge and Deloitte, having worked with brands like Spotify, Wells Fargo, Amazon, Sony, Toyota, Terryberry and more.
